The Chronic Disease fund is seeking to partner with corporations, foundations, and organizations who understand and share our mission and wish to help patients obtain the medications they so desperately need. Together, we can have an extraordinary impact on the health, quality of life, and financial well-being of seriously ill patients and their families.

The Chronic Disease Fund currently supports patients with over a dozen chronic or life-altering diseases and many different types of cancer and provides financial assistance for over 40 FDA-approved specialty therapeutics. The Fund maintains separate Disease Trusts with segregated funds for each disease. Donations made for a specific disease may only be used to provide patient assistance for that disease. Non-specific donations are placed into a General Disease Trust and may be used to supplement any program or specific disease trust.

Financial assistance to patients is awarded on a calendar year basis. The cost to support each patient varies significantly by disease, the prescription drug, and the type of insurance coverage (private insurance or Medicare Part D). Patient assistance is limited by the financial donations given to the Fund, and our funding limitations vary by disease state.

The demand from patients for help far exceeds our current funding. We would like to significantly increase the number of patients we can support and expand the selection of diseases and drugs we cover.
