"I developed the symptoms of Ankylosing Spondylitis (arthritis of the spine) when I was 15. I went to my doctors over the next 17 years. Nothing could be done for me. I tried to maintain a normal life, but the severe pain spread from my hip to my spine. At times, the spasms were so bad I could barely breathe. Sleeping was difficult. Getting in and out of a car was an ordeal. When (medicine) was finally approved, my rheumatologist prescribed it for me. Two weeks after the first injection my symptoms disappeared. Great news!
